In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context expressly requires otherwise.

By accessing the Platform, registering an Account, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager, you unconditionally accept these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and k777bet.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your Account. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms & Conditions should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gaming policy, both of which are incorporated by reference into this agreement.

By accepting these Terms, you also represent and warrant that:

• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party;
• All information you provide to k777bet is accurate, current, and complete;
• You will not use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in any manner inconsistent with these Terms;
• You understand that gambling involves a risk of financial loss and you accept that risk willingly.

To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on k777bet, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 18 years of age;
• You are a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement;
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction in which participation in online gambling is prohibited by applicable law;
• You are not currently self-excluded from the Platform or from online gambling services generally;
• You are not an employee, director, officer, or immediate family member of any employee of k777bet or any of its affiliated partners or software providers;
• You have not previously had an Account on the Platform that was closed for breach of these Terms.

k777bet operates a strict age verification process as part of KYC. Players who cannot provide satisfactory proof of age upon request will have their accounts suspended pending verification, and any withdrawals will be placed on hold. In the event that a Player is found to be under 18, all deposits will be returned and all winnings will be voided.

k777bet actively employs age estimation technology and manual review processes to prevent underage gambling. We take this obligation seriously and cooperate with any regulatory enquiry relating to underage access.

Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) Account on the k777bet Platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account closure and confiscation of funds held across all related accounts.

During registration, you are required to provide the following accurate information:

• Full legal name (as it appears on your government-issued ID);
• Date of birth;
• Active email address (used for all account communications);
• Active Bangladesh mobile number (used for OTP verification and account security);
• Preferred MFS payment method (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay) and associated registered mobile number.

k777bet reserves the right to request additional documentation at any stage — including before processing a withdrawal — to verify identity, address, age, or the source of funds. Acceptable documents include:

• National Identity Card (NID) issued by the Bangladesh Election Commission;
• Valid Bangladeshi passport;
• Birth certificate (for age verification only);
• Recent utility bill or bank statement (for address verification, dated within 3 months);
• Screenshot or transaction record from the Player's registered MFS account.

All financial transactions on the k777bet Platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳) and are processed exclusively through the payment methods listed below. k777bet does not accept cash, cheques, or cryptocurrency payments at this time.

Accepted Deposit Methods:

• bKash — Minimum deposit ৳200; maximum single transaction ৳50,000;
• Nagad — Minimum deposit ৳200; maximum single transaction ৳50,000;
• Rocket (DBBL Mobile Banking) — Minimum deposit ৳300; maximum single transaction ৳30,000;
• Upay — Minimum deposit ৳300; maximum single transaction ৳25,000;
• Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank — Internet banking transfers; minimum ৳500; processing up to 24 hours;
• Visa / Mastercard — 3D-Secure verified; minimum ৳500; subject to card issuer approval.

Deposits via bKash and Nagad are credited to the Player's Account in real time under normal operating conditions. Bank transfers and card deposits may take up to 24 hours to reflect. k777bet is not responsible for delays caused by the Player's bank or MFS provider.

Withdrawal Conditions:

• Withdrawals are processed only to the same payment method and account used to make the original deposit ("source of funds" rule);
• KYC verification must be fully completed before any withdrawal is processed;
• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500;
• Maximum withdrawal per day: ৳500,000 (subject to review for large amounts);
• Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are typically processed within 15 to 60 minutes of approval;
• Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days;
• Any active Bonus Funds with outstanding wagering requirements must be completed or forfeited before a withdrawal can be processed.

k777bet offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing Players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, in addition to the general bonus conditions set out in this section. In the event of a conflict between offer-specific terms and these general Terms, the offer-specific terms shall prevail.

General Bonus Conditions:

• Bonuses are available to Players who have completed full KYC verification unless otherwise stated;
• Each Player is entitled to claim a specific bonus only once unless the promotion expressly states it is a recurring or daily offer;
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period stated on each offer. Uncompleted wagering at expiry results in forfeiture of Bonus Funds and any bonus-derived winnings;
• Standard wagering requirement unless stated otherwise: 30x the bonus amount;
• Only bets placed with real-money funds count toward wagering requirements unless the specific offer states otherwise;
• Different game categories contribute differently to wagering requirements: slots typically contribute 100%; live casino games, sports betting, and table games typically contribute between 10% and 50% — exact contribution rates are published on the relevant promotion page;
• k777bet reserves the right to void any bonus and related winnings where evidence of abuse, exploitation, or systematic wagering patterns designed to circumvent bonus terms is identified.

Seasonal Promotions: k777bet runs dedicated promotions during the Bangladesh Premier League (BPL) season, Eid ul-Fitr, Eid ul-Adha, Pohela Boishakh (Bengali New Year), Victory Day (December 16), and Independence Day (March 26). Bonus abuse — including but not limited to collusion, use of automated betting scripts, arbitrage strategies designed solely to exploit promotional terms, or creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once — constitutes a breach of these Terms and will result in the forfeiture of all associated bonuses and winnings and may result in permanent account closure.

The following rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on the k777bet Platform across all verticals — sports betting, live casino, slots, esports, King of Fishing, and any other game or product offered. Category-specific rules are published within each product section of the Platform.

General Betting Rules:

• All bets placed are final once confirmed by the Platform. k777bet does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets except where expressly permitted under category-specific rules;
• Bets placed in error by the Player (e.g., wrong selection, wrong stake) are the sole responsibility of the Player;
• k777bet reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were published erroneously due to a technical error or data feed fault, provided such voiding is carried out promptly and the Player is notified;
• Minimum bet: ৳10; maximum bet: determined per market and displayed at the time of bet placement;
• Winnings are credited to the Player's Account Balance immediately upon settlement of the relevant event or game round;
• k777bet uses internationally accredited RNG (Random Number Generator) software for all casino and arcade games. RNG certification is independently audited to ensure fairness.

Sports Betting Specific Rules:

• Cricket betting — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and ICC events — is settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant governing body. Abandoned or no-result matches will be voided and stakes returned;
• Live in-play bets are accepted subject to platform availability and are subject to late-acceptance rules where a significant event (e.g., wicket, goal) occurs in the interval between bet placement and confirmation;
• Esports match results are settled based on official tournament operator results. In the event of a disputed result, settlement may be delayed pending official confirmation.

Disconnection Policy: In the event of a network disconnection during a live game round or in-play bet, k777bet's server records shall be the definitive record of the game state. Where a game round was completed on the server before disconnection, the recorded result stands. Where a game round was genuinely interrupted before completion, the stake will be returned to the Player's Balance.

k777bet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account at any time and without prior notice where there are reasonable grounds to believe that any of the following has occurred or is occurring:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Provision of false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or KYC;
• Suspected fraudulent activity, including unauthorised use of payment methods or stolen funds;
• Collusion with other Players or employees of k777bet;
• Use of bots, automated scripts, or prohibited software;
• Multiple account creation or bonus abuse;
• Any activity that k777bet reasonably believes constitutes money laundering or the proceeds of crime;
• Failure to complete KYC within the period requested by the Platform.

Where an Account is suspended pending investigation, the Player will be notified via their registered email address. During the suspension period, the Player will not be able to place bets, make deposits, or process withdrawals. If the investigation concludes that no breach occurred, the Account will be reinstated and any inconvenience acknowledged.

Where an Account is permanently closed due to a breach of these Terms, k777bet reserves the right to withhold the Account Balance pending the outcome of any investigation and, where fraud or criminal activity is established, to forfeit the Balance entirely. In such cases, k777bet may report the matter to the relevant authorities.

Voluntary Closure: Players may request the closure of their own Account at any time by contacting support at support@k777bet. Before closure, any remaining real-money Balance (excluding Bonus Funds) will be withdrawn to the Player's registered payment method subject to standard KYC and withdrawal conditions being satisfied. Self-Exclusion: k777bet is committed to responsible gaming. Players who believe they are experiencing difficulty controlling their gambling should activate the self-exclusion feature within their Account settings. Self-exclusion periods range from 30 days to permanent. During self-exclusion, the Player's Account is locked, all marketing communications are ceased, and no new account may be opened on the Platform.

Limitation of Liability: k777bet shall not be liable to any Player for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from account suspension or closure carried out in good faith pursuant to these Terms. k777bet's total liability to any Player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the real-money Balance held in that Player's Account at the time the claim arises.

Governing Law & Disputes: These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising between a Player and k777bet should first be submitted to our support team at support@k777bet for informal resolution. k777bet commits to responding to all formal disputes within ten (10) business days. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the competent courts.
